Water levels in 50 river stations monitored by Flood Forecasting and Warning Centre (FFWC) have marked fall and 37 stations recorded rise.
Among the 90 monitored water level stations, two river stations have been registered steady while two are flowing above the danger mark, a bulletin issued by FFWC said here on Sunday.
The Gorai at Kamarkhali and the Kobadak at Jhikargacha are flowing above its danger levels by 9cm and 112cm respectively.
Significant rainfall was recorded in some stations in different districts during the last 24 hours ending at 9am yesterday.
A total of 84mm rainfall was recorded at Comilla, 60mm at Parshuram, 41.2mm at Narsingdi and 34mm at Panchpukuria.
The Brahmaputra-Jamuna rivers are in falling trend while the Ganges-Padma and Surma-Kushiyara rivers are in rising trend.
