A 5-star Royal Tulip Chain hotel of Netherlands named Hotel Sea Pearl Beach Resort has started its journey in the tourist hub of Cox’sBazar recently.
 There are a number of 5-star hotels in the tourist hub but this is first ever 5-star chain hotel of Royal Tulip group of Netherlands.
 Mentionable that Hotel Royal Tulip of Netherland will operate the hotel . Managing Director of the Sea Pearl Hotel Aminul Hoque Shamim told that the hotel consists of 964 rooms with different categories .
About600 tourists can be accommodated in this hotel at a time. The existing facilities of the hotel include 2 large size swimming pools, 10 thousand sq feet size banquet hall, bars, international conference hall, Thai spa, beach excursion with own management of hotel, children corners, TD video games, a number of coffee shops, fitness centres, gymnasium , He said the minimum price of the hotel rooms of 4 persons is only Tk.9000 including breakfast .
He also informed that out of total investment of Tk.1600 crores, owners group provide Tk.400 crores and the remaining Tk.1200 cr to be borrowed from 9 schedule banks of Bangladesh led by Premier Bank, a sources said.
 Managing Director also informed that at present only 150 room completed for commercial operation and the balance rooms will be completed for full-fledged decoration within next one year. Cox’sBazar is the longest sandy sea beach across the world enriched with the natural beauties . Innai and Himchari are the two attractive point for tourists where a number of accommodation units are located. Inani is 20 kilometers away from Cox’sBazar tourist hub beside the Bay coast .
 Innai is surrounded by hills in one side and on the other Bay of Bengal and can easily view the Bay. Considering the opportunities for the visiting foreign and local tourists, a 5-star chain hotel Sea Pearl Beach is inaugurated at Innani beach on Thursday . This is the first 5-star chain hotel in Cox’s Bazar.
 With joint collaboration of Royal Tulip Hotel of Netherlands and the Sea Pear Beach Resort company of Bangladesh constructed this hotel at a cost of Tk.600 crores over 5 acres of land . IndustriesMinister Amir Hossain Amu inaugurated the first ever 5-star chain hotel in Cox’sBazar Innani beach . Among others , former commerce minister Md. Faruk Khan MP, State Minister for Jute & Textile Mirza Azam also spoke on the occasion.
Among others, local lawmakers Abdur Rahman Badi, Saimum Sarwar Kamal, Ashekullah, Editor of Bangladesh Pritidin Naiyem Nizam, FBCCI Director Monoara Hakim Ali and former President BCL Liakat Ali sikder were present in the inaugural ceremony.
