The Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Court of Dhaka yesterday placed five persons including two teachers of Cambridge High School of the capital’s Uttarkhan on one day-remand each in connection with question paper leakage.
Magistrate Debabrata Biswas of the CMM Court passed the order on Tuesday.
The accused persons, who were put on remand are: Tanvir Hossain, Headmaster of Uttarkhan’s Cambridge High School, Sajeeb Mia, Accounting teacher of the school, Hasanur Rahman alias Roky, Enamul Haque and Ibrahim. Of them, the last two are teachers of Creative Coaching Centre.
Earlier, Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested them conducting drives in Gazipur and the capital’s Uttarkhan area on Monday morning.
