An anti-adulteration mobile court on Thursday realized fine from five medicine shops for selling date-expired medicine and not taking drug licenses in different areas in the city.
Executive magistrate of district administration Ruhul Amin while conducting series of drives in cooperation with Drug Administration Directorate and Chittagong Metropolitan Police also imposed the financial penalty of TK 55 thousand to the owners of five medicine shops and sealed off another medicine shop at city’s Bakalia and Kotwali areas for selling expired medicine and not taking drug license.
