Five people were killed and 15 others injured when a bus was hit by a truck at Charpara in Mirzapur upazila early Sunday. The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately. Officer-in-Charge of Gorai highway police Humayun Kabir said a potato-laden truck hit the bus of ‘Dipjol Enterprise’ from behind in the area at about 3:00 am, leaving five of its passengers killed on the spot and 15 others injured.
