Five farmers of Ishwardi got combine harvester machine for cutting paddy and picking it at home quickly. On Thursday (April 8), 4 machines were distributed from Ishwardi Upazila Agriculture Office and 1 earlier.
Member of Parliament Bir Muktijoddha Nuruzzaman Biswas was present as the chief guest. Special guests were Upazila Parishad Chairman Bir Muktijoddha Alhaj Naib Ali Biswas and Vice Chairman Abdus Salam Khan.

Freedom fighter Nazrul Islam Mintu, Chairman of Dashuria UP Emdadul Haque Rana Sardar, Joint Convener of Krishak League Murad Ali Malitha, Anwar Hossain Malitha of Harvester Krishak Muladuli Union, Mohin Uddin of Chhalimpur, Siddiqur Rahman of Laxmikunda were present.
Meanwhile, Nuruzzaman Biswas MP said, people are not able to leave their homes at this time of Corona epidemic. In the labor crisis, farmers are struggling to cut paddy. That is why the agri-friendly Sheikh Hasina government (with 50% subsidy) is distributing combine harvester machines among the farmers. With which the farmer will be able to raise paddy in a very short time.
