The trading and official activities of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and the Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) will remain closed for five days from today to June 27 on the occasion of the holy Eid-ul- Fitr.
“DSE will remain closed according to the government decision on Eid-ul-Fitr holidays,” a DSE official told BSS here today.
The holidays are on account of the Shab-e-Qadr (Friday), weekly holiday (Saturday) and three-day Eid-ul Fitr vacation from Sunday to Tuesday.
Besides, trading and official activities of the DSE will revert to its previous time schedule from June 28, said the DSE official.
After the Eid-ul-Fitr holidays, the trading time will be 10:30am to 2:30pm while the office hours from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm.
