The 4th Walton Cup Golf Tournament began on Thursday at Savar Golf Club.
A press conference was held at the conference room of Moulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium on Thursday to disclose all the matters related to the golf meet.
Head of Sports and Welfare Department of Walton Group FM Iqbal Bin Anwar Dawn, CEO of Savar Golf Club Major (Retd) ANM Abdul Ahad, Senior AGM of Walton Group Mehrab Hossain Asif were present at the conference.
Around 280 golfers are taking part in the three-day long golf competition. The golfers are competing in five divisions. They are: Junior, Senior, Super Senior, Ladies and Veteran.
The golf meet will come to an end on April 1.
