47 rescued before trafficking in Benapole

 BGB men rescued a total of 47 Bangladeshis including 7 children and 14 women just before they were trafficked to India early Thursday.
The Bangladeshis were rounded up by Border Guard Bangladesh men from Putkhali and Daulatpur frontiers. But no traffickers were picked up, said Subedar Shafiuddin, 23 Border Guard Battalion.
The rescued were handed over to Benapole port police station after filing a case in the morning, said Ashraf Hossain, sub inspector, Benapole port police station.
The rescued hailed from Narail, Bagerhat and Khulna, he added.
