The 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Jamuna oil Co. Ltd. was held on Saturday at International Convention Centre in Chittagong.
Md. Samsur Rahman , Chairman(Secretary -In -Charge)Bangladesh Petrolium Corporation presided over the meeting.
The meeting informed that the Company earned over 281.07 crores post tax profit , it was also informed that the Company deposited in the National Exchequer 86.60 Core as Vat. ,Income tax, and other Charges. a Jamuna oil sources said.
Md. Abdur Razzaque, Director of the Board,Member National Board of Revenue ,Shanker Prasad dev, Independent Director Md. Sarwar Alam , Director (Marketing ) Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation Md. Abu Yousuf Miah, Joint Chief (Planning)Energy and Mineral Resources Division ,Mozammel Hoque Bhuiyan , Shareholder Director Saifuddin Ahmed Bhuiyan, Company Secretary Nqzmul Hoque also attended the meeting.
