The 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Jamuna Oil Company was held at Chittagong Boat Club on Saturday .
Directors of the board Md Abdur Razzaq, Member National Board of Revenue, Mir Ali Reza, Director Marketing, Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation, Shankar Prashad Dev, Independent Directors, Abu Yousuf Meah, Deputy Chief (Planning), Energy & Mineral Resources Division, Md. Khaleque Mullick, Deputy Secretary (Budget), Energy and Mineral Resources Division, Md. Mozzammel Hoque Bhuiyan, Shareholder Director, Saifuddin Ahmed Bhuiyan, Directors, and Md. Kamrul Hasan, Director & Managing Director Jamuna Oil Company Ltd. attended the meeting and participated in discussion Company Secretary Md Nazmul Hoque conducted the metering.
The meeting also attended by BPC’s representative shareholders Kazi Mohammad Hasan, Secretary Md Gias Uddin Ansari, Senior General Manager (Com & Ops), Md. Abu Hanif, Sr, General Manager (Dist & Marketing), Md Yousuf Hossain Bhuiyan, General Manager (Audit), ATM Selim, General Manager (Accounts), Moni Lal Das, General Manger (Finance), Ferdousi Masum Himel, Deputy General Manager (Admin) and good number of shareholders.
The meeting was informed that the company earned over 224.26 core post tax profit.
