At least four students were killed when their bike crashed against a tree at Boalia in Katiadi town of Kishoreganj on Wednesday night around 10.00 pm.
The deceased were identified as Masum (17), son of Md. Aytullah, a college student, Sabbir Hossain (16) son of Md. Moniruzzaman, S.S.C student, Dipu (16), son of Kamal Hossain, S.S.C student, and Antor Ali (17), son of Nazrul Islam, H.S.C student and residents of Mondalvog area in Katiadi Municipality.
Katiadi Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Md. Zakir Rabbani told The New Nation that three of them died on the spot, while the other passed away at Jahirul Islam Medical College Hospital in Bajitpur.
The bodies were sent to Kishoreganj General Hospital morgue for autopsy.
