Rapid Action Battalion detained four alleged members of a gang of muggers with firearms at Chittagong city’s Kuaish intersection on Sunday.
The four were preparing to commit a robbery in the area, said Maj Md Jahangir, deputy director of RAB-7.
Two guns, eight rounds of bullets and a CNG-run auto-rickshaw were seized from their possession, he added.
