Police have recovered the slaughtered bodies of four members of a family from a house in Kuhalong Union of Bandarban’s Sadar Upazila.Officer in Charge of the Sadar Police Station, Imtiaz Ahmed, said the killing could have taken place sometime around Friday dawn and suspected a ‘family clash’ to be behind the crime.The deceased included a man,
a woman, and two children. Police say the man and woman were siblings and that one of the children was that of the man and other of the woman.The man is aged around 42 years, the woman 35 and the children were aged around 4 and 12 years.”They are Rohingyas from Myanmar. They have been living in the house for a long time. The wife of the man left him a few days back. We learnt there were family conflicts,” the police official added. The OC said the bodies were recovered from the spot and sent to the morgue.
