4-nation rally enters BD

The Bangladesh-Bhutan-India-Nepal (BBIN) friendship motor rally entered Bangladesh territory through Bilonia border of Feni district on Saturday, the 15th day of rally, after crossing about 3,000 kilometers.
Flagging off from Agartala, the capital city of Indian province of Tripura, the BBIN rally reached Feni of Bangladesh around 1:30 pm and the riders will cross 216 kilometers Saturday to reach Chittagong.
Earlier in the day, Tripura police director general K Nagraj flagged off the rally from the provincial capital Agartala.
Moreover, Bangladesh, India, Nepal and Bhutan delegations visited rail routes on Saturday to study the potentiality of introducing rail transit though Bilonia landport in Parshuran of Feni.
Feni-2 constituency MP Nizam Hazari, deputy commissioner (DC) Humayun Kabir Khandker, police super (SP) Rezaul Haque and Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB)-4 commanding officer Shamim Iftekher and other senior officers joined a meeting regarding the matter.
BGB Chhagalnaikya Mazumdarhat company commander Rafiqul Islam said delegation of four countries participated in a joint meeting near Mazumdarhat camp.
