On the opening day’s matches, Young men’s Club beat Bashkata Khelowar Samity by 3-1 goals, National Cox’s Krira Chakra defeated Malumghat Krira Sangha by 7-4 goals, Shatadal Club outclassed Football Club Moheshkhali by 7-5 goals and Cox’s Bazar Abahani outplayed Kotebazar Khelowar Samity by 4-1 goals to move into the semifinals. .The semifinals will be held today (Tuesday) at the same venue.
Earlier, Cox’s Bazar Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Ali Hossain inaugurated the three-day meet as the chief guest.
