4 killed in separate incidents in Sylhet

Four personds including two children killed in differentb incidents in Sylhet on Friday.
Two schoolgirls were believed to have died from food poisoning in Kanaighat upazila in Sylhet district on Friday.
The deceased were identified as Imrana, 15, of Dhalkirai village, and Roshna, 14, of Purbalaxmi Prashad village in Kanaighat upazila. They were students of Durgapur High School in the upazila.
Officer-in-charge of Jaintapur Model Police Station Safiul Kabir said the two girls took mango juice while going to Chatul from Darbost by an auto-rickshaw around 11am.
However, they fell sick one after another inside the three-wheeler.
Another reports adds: Two people were killed and three others injured in a road accident at Ausha on Sylhet-Sumanganj road in the city on Friday.
The deceased were identified as Sultana Begum, 52, hailing from Dirai upazila, and Liton Miah, 27, of Chhatak in Sunamganj district.
Officer-in-charge of Jalalabad Police Station Shaymal Banik said the accident took place as a Sunamganj-bound Pepsi company truck hit two CNG-run auto-rickshaws in the area around 2:30pm.
