Border Guard Bangladesh personnel detained a total of 37 people including 4 Indian nationals soon after they entered into Bangladesh without legal documents.
A press release of 21 Border Guard Battalion stated that the BGB men detained the people including 17 men, 21 women and 3 children, from Baropota village under bordering Benapole port police station at around 8am on Tuesday.
Of the four Indian nationals, 2 are men and 2 are women.
The detained were handed over to Benapole port station police after filing a case.
