Four abductors were arrested while kidnapping a college girl on Saturday evening from Badhukamola Sahapara point on the Sahebganj-Chankuthi road under Haragachh Thana of Rangpur Metropolitan Police (RpMP).
“The abductors were held while they were kidnapping the girl, a first-year student of Haragachh Government College, by a microbus after forcing her to get down from an auto-rickshaw from the spot,” a press release of RpMP said today.
The arrested kidnappers are – Sukur Ali, 19, Alam Hossain, 22, and Nasim Mahmud Nahid, 19, of village Sarai New Kazipara Koshaitari and microbus driver Monarul Islam, 23, of village Dhumerkuthi Pashchimpara under Haragachh Thana of RpMP.
