COMILLA: Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested four alleged drug traders along with 8,000 pieces of yaba in the BSCIC industrial area in Chouddagram upazila on Thursday. The arrestees are Shahadat , 21, son of Abdul Matin of the same village; Nurul Islam,24, son of Abdul Momin of Uttor Mahini village; Sabuz, 24 son of Mamtaz Uddin of Chandishkora village of the same upazila and Alomgir Hossain, 50, son of Abdul Latif hailing from LangolKot upazila of the district. On information, a team of elite forces conducted a drive in front of Matin’s house in the area and eventually made the four arrests, in the process recovering the said number of yaba, said Ataur Rahman, company commander of Rab-11 of the district, reports UNB.
