A team of Rapid Action Battalion Unit-8 in a drive on Wednesday detained four ‘fake doctors’ from Mathbaria upazila town under Pirojpur district.
Major Adnan Kabir, deputy director and spokesman of RAB-8, said a team of RAB-8 led by assistant director Hasan Ali on Wednesday noon raided K M Latif market of Mathbaria and from their detained Dr. Riazul Islam, 38, and Dr. Alamgir Hossain,50, .
Then raiding Matubbar Diagnostic Center of the town detained Dr. Abul Khayer Chowdhury, 56, and Masum Matubbar, 39, RAB with the help of officials of district civil surgeon authourity interrogated the arrestees. and examined documents about their professional certificate and authenticity.
