Miscreants damaged four idols at Babulia Temple, meant for the upcoming Durga Puja, in Sadar upazila early Sunday. Locals said the incident came to light when devotees went to the temple in the morning and found four idols, including one of deity Durga, broken. On information, Deputy Commissioner Nazmul Ahsan, Additional Superintendent of Police Mir Modasser Hossain and Officer-in-charge of Sadar Police Station Emdad Sheikh visited the spot.
