Four bodies have been recovered from Moheshkhali upazila of Cox’s Bazar on Tuesday.
Moheshkhali Police Station OC Didadul Ferdous said the bodies have washed up on the shore at different times on Tuesday.
Three of the deceased were identified as Tofayel Mahmud,22, son of Nagu Mia of Sipahipara village in Chhoto Moheshkhali union and a student of Chattogram College, Alo Rani, wife of Monmohan of Bolorampur under Moheshkhali pourasava, and Delwar Hossain, son of Nurul Amin of Cox’s Bazar district headquarters.
The OC said Tofayel fell into waters from a boat when it was hit by a fishing boat in Bakkhali estuary on September 20.
His body was recovered from Mogchar in Sonadia around 10am on Tuesday.
