At least four Bangladeshi students have been killed and seven more injured in a road accident in Saudi Arabia’s winter capital of Jeddah.
The accident happened around 12.30am on Saturday (Bangladesh time). The deceased were identified as Ekramul Haq Anik, hailed from Dhaka, Md Faisal from Barisal, Md. Saikat from Tangail and Md. Marjuk from Chittagong. They were the students of HSC first year (Bangla Medium) of Jeddah Bangladesh International School.
The dead bodies have been kept at the mortuary of King Abdul Aziz Hospital. The injured were rushed to King Fahd Hospital. According to sources, the students went out for traveling with a minibus and the accident happed during a U tern.
