The 3rd Jahangirnagar University Math Olympiad begins today (Friday) on the university campus.
Jahangirnagar University Science Club organises the Olympiad at JU School and College which will be started from 10am.
About 2500 students from 40 schools of Savar, Nabinagar and Dhaka metropolitan areas will take part in the function.
Director of Wazed Miah Science Research Institute Professor Khabir Uddin will inaugurate the Olympiad as the chief guest.
Convener of the Olympiad Sabuz Sarkar Shuvo said, the JU Science Club arranges the function every year aiming at creating interest to study in Science among the students of schools and colleges.
