The 3rd BGMEA CUP Football tournament will begin on Tuesday (February 20) at International Turkish Hope School (ITHS) Astro Turf in the city’s Uttara, said a press release.
Reputed sixteen institutions, split into four groups, will compete in the seven-a-side meet, organized by Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA). The match will be of 30 minutes duration. The final of the competition is slated on March 2 at Army Stadium.
The participating institutes are Bando Design Limited, Youth Group comfit composite Knit Limited, Epyllion Group, Ananta Group, Nasa Group, Mujumder Group, Aspire Garments, Starling Group, Versatile Group, Mejnaz Style and Craft Limited, Tork Fashions Limited, Mask Trouser Limited, Fortes Group, Self Innovative Fashion, Oli Garments, Apparels Industries Limited.
In this regards, a press conference was held on Saturday to provide all the details of the meet.
