Water levels in 37 rivers stations monitored by Flood Forecasting and Warning Centre (FFWC) have marked rise and 43 stations recorded fall.
Among the 84 monitored water level stations, four are above danger level, a bulletin issued by FFWC said on Friday.
All the major river systems except Brahmaputra-Jamuna are in rising trend.
The Brahmaputra-Jamuna river systems may fall in next 48 hours.
The Ganges river system may rise in next 48 hours.
The Padma and Surma-Kushiyara river systems may rise in next 24 hours.
A total of 105 mm rainfall was recorded during 24 hours until 6 am yesterday at Rangmati, 102 mm at Chittagong, 80 mm at Panchpukuria, 73 mm at Lama, 67 mm at Teknaf, 62 mm at Cox’s Bazar, 78 mm at Chilmari, 99 mm at Sylhet, 73 mm at Kanaighat, 50 mm at Lorergarh, 49 mm at Bandarban and 43.5 mm at Dinajpur.
