The 36th annual general meeting of Meghna Petroleum Ltd was held at ichamati hall of Hotel Agrabad in Chittagong on Friday with Chairman of Bangaldesh petroleum Corporation AM Badruduzza in the chair.
Among others, Director M Rafiqul Islam, Additional secretary of Mineral resources ministry Mosleh Uddin, BPC Director Nurul Alam, Director Finance Pranab Kumar Ghos, Managing Director of Meghna Dr.Ashrafuzzaman , Company secretary Kamrul Hasan, Director(Marketting ) of BPC Mir Ali Reza, BPC Secretary Dipak Chakraborty, s enior officials of Meghna, shareholder directors and share holders were present in it.
The AGM was told that during the financial year of 2013-14 company earned profit of Tk.235.98 crores.
