July 6 is the founding anniversary of popular theatre group, Loko Natyadal. To celebrate its three eras, a four-day festival is to be organized where Liaquat Ali Lucky directed eight plays will be staged.
Therefore, opening ceremony, discussion and seminar will also take place in the festival.
Noted play researcher from Paschimbongo of India Ashish Goswami will read out the key-note paper in the seminar. To announce the details about the festival, a press conference was held at Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy (BSA) Seminar Room on Monday. Director General of BSA Liaquat Ali Lucky, also Chief of Loko Natyadal, announced the festival schedule and also replied questions from the journalists.
Kristi Hefaz, Yasmin Ali, Swadesh Dasgupta, Ziauddin Shipon, Rubel Shankar, Dr Mahfuza Hilali, Masud Sumon, among others, were present at the conference.
