Police detained 36 people from nine upazilas in special drives conducted from Thursday night to Friday morning.
They were arrested them on charges of dealing drugs, said Shahadat Hossain, additional superintendent of Bagerhat police. The arrestees will be produced before the court on Friday afternoon.
