A total of 35 lower court judges and 83 staff members of courts across the country have so far recovered after being diagnosed with Covid-19, a Law Ministry press release said on Friday.
According to the release, 268 court staff, including 51 judges, across the country have been infected with Coronavirus. Of the infected judges, Md Ferdous Ahmed, judge of Lalmonirhat Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal, and two other court staff, died of Covid-19.
The other judges and employees are being treated at home, also read the release.
