Country’s 32 technical schools and colleges will get 32 modern but old vehicles on March 28 for using in classes and training activities, said an official release.
There are 49 government polytechnics, 64 technical schools and colleges and three engineering colleges in the country.
Their curricula involve repairing, maintenance and driving of vehicles and other related courses. The modern but old vehicles would make effective contributions to theoretical and practical classes of these institutions.
The education ministry decided to give 32 jeeps to 32 institutions in the first phase in a response to the proposal of the department of technical education, said the official release.
