Africa Review :At least 32 people were killed and 12 others injured in a horrific traffic accident on a highway linking the Sudanese capital Khartoum with the port of Sudan on the Red Sea, the Sudanese police said.The police said that the Thursday incident happened in “Alrojol” area, more than 200 Kilometers northern of the capital Khartoum. According to the police, thirty two persons died on the spot while the injured were evacuated to the Haya area hospital, around 30 Kilometers from the crash site.The accident involved a bus carrying tourist from Khartoum and a gas tanker from Port Sudan.The police has attributed the incident to the “bad weather” on the road.Last September, 15 died in road accident between Khartoum and Medani city in Gazera state.
