The makers of upcoming dramatic thriller 31st October starring Vir Das and Soha Ali Khan, which is based on a Sikh family’s struggle for survival during the 1984 anti-Sikh pogrom, have decided to donate a portion of their box-office collections for a noble cause. It seems that a part of the collections will be donated to the Widow Colony in Tilak Vihar, Delhi, which provides shelter to thousands of families affected during the 1984 anti-Sikh pogrom in the aftermath of the assassination of the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
