The 31st Annual General Meeting of Bangladesh Petroleum Exploration & Production Company Limited (BAPEX) held at its head office in the city on Thursday. Chairman of the company and Senior Secretary of Energy & Mineral Resources Division, Md. Anisur Rahman, presided over the meeting. The Audited Accounts for the fiscal year 2019-2020 of the company was approved by the Shareholders at 31st AGM. During the financial year total income and expenditure of the company was Tk, 482.21crore and Tk, 460,39crore respectively. The net profit after tax of the company was Tk. 13.99crore. The shareholders and Board of Directors members of the company attended the meeting.
