The 30th Annual General Meeting of Delta Life Insurance Co. Ltd was held on Monday, at Delta Life Tower.
Monzurur Rahman, Chairman of the Board of Directors was in the chair. The meeting approved the Annual Accounts, Balance Sheet and dividend 18 percent cash for each share of Tk.10.00 for the year 2015.
“The Company is robust and financially very strong. We are unwavering in our determination to serve the people of Bangladesh with quality insurance, promote service and the best investment returns. Delta Life had a premium income of TK.558.24 crore, investment and other income was TK.306.76 crore and life fund stands at Tk.3,302.94 crores in 2015,” said chairman.
