A total of 30 people, including doctors and nurses of Syed Nazrul Islam Medical College Hospital (SNMCH) in Kishoreganj have been infected with corona. Among them, 25 are nurses, 2 doctors, 2 ambulance drivers and a sample collecting technician.
However, a record number of patients have been admitted in the covid unit of the hospital. On Monday afternoon, a total of 118 patients with Kovid-19 have been admitted.
In such a situation, there is a crowd of patients at Syed Nazrul Islam Medical College Hospital, a specialized hospital for corona treatment in Kishoreganj. On Sunday at least11 new patients were admitted and 9 were discharged.
Medical college hospital authorities vacated the hospital’d children ward on Sunday and began admitting patients.Even then the patients pressure is not decreasing.
Later, two of the three ambulance drivers at the medical college hospital tested positive.Causing complications in transporting patients.
Abdullah -al-Mamun ,a Senior Nurse of Syed Nazrul Islam medical college hospital said, Even in such to ensure proper treatment of the people.
