Police submitted chargesheets in two cases at Barisal court on Monday .
In one case 30 BNP and Jamaat leaders and activists including BNP oint secretary general were charged for arson attack on a truck.
Investigation officer Sub Inspector Saidul Huq submitted chargesheet against 30 accused including Adv Mojibor Rahman Sarwar, Joint Secretary General and Barisal City President , Ziauddin Shikdar, City Acting Secretary, four ward councilors backed by BNP, Habibur Rahman, district Amir, Advocate Palash finance secretary of city Jamaat and other leaders and activists of the both parties.
In the charge sheet, the IO of the case allege that the accused throwing petrol-bombs at the slope of Abur Rob Serniabad Bridge on January 23, 2015 at 11:30 PM burnt a truck and injured its driver Shafiuddin.
A case was lodged on the same night by Assistant Sub Inspector Sharif Hossain with Barisal Kotwali police station as complainant.
In another charge submitted by police at Barisal court, 19 accused of different district were charged for leaking question of assistant teacher’s recruitment examination of 2015.
Sub- Inspector Sandal Huq submitted this charge sheet under public examination offence act and section 56 of information communication act 2016.
Sub Inspector Samiron Mandal lodged the case with Kotwali police station after arresting the accused from Hotel Athena on October 30, 2015.
