A three-storied building in Sadarghat area of the city has been tilted. The owner of the building claimed that the building was tilted due to digging the CDA’s drainage construction beside the bhilding.
On Monday (December 20th), the fire service staff started to remove the residents of the building when the building was tilted in Sadarghat
The owner of the building Happy Das said that the building has tilted due to the construction of the CDA’s drain. The soil moves away from the beginning of the building due to digging soil. I started moving the necessary accessories from noon to see the crack on the wall of the building. Agrabad Fire Service Senior Station Officer Enamul Haque said, and started removing the public to the building and its surroundings in the spot. The matter has been informed about the local police administration and councilor. The building is quite risky. Accidents can happen at any time.
