Three examinations of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) have been deferred due to Biswa Ijtema.
The examinations of February 16, 17, and 18 will be held on February 26, 27, and March 2, Tapan Kumar Sarker, exam controller of Dhaka board, told reporter last night.
Biswa Ijtema, the second biggest Muslim congregation in the world, will begin on the banks of Turag River in Tongi from February 15.
This year, the event will be held only in a single phase.
