Three siblings have drowned in a pond at Juldha Piper Goda area under Karnaphuli Thana of Chittagong on Friday afternoon.
The deceased were identified as Shahnaj Akhtar, 15, Nargis Akhtar, 8 and Nazma Akhtar, 5, daughters of one farmer Ayub Ali, hailed from the area.
Confirming the matter, Karnaphuli Thana OC Rafiqul Islam told banglanews that they would file an UD (unnatural death) case in this regard.
