The popular duo Shibli Muhammad and Shamim Ara Nipa will be
performing a special dance performance on this year’s Eid special Ityadi. Three veteran actors Dilara Zaman, Jayanta Chattopadhyay and Abul Hayat have also participated as guests in this dance performance, says a press release.
Dance performance is an integral part of any Eid special episode of Ityadi, the longest-running magazine show on BTV. The dance performance is based on the traditional cultures of family and how it is worsening due to rapid globalization.
In the age of globalization, the traditional family culture is destroying slowly. Traditional extended families are breaking down into nuclear families in recent years, especially in developing countries, which has been the case in western society for a long time. Furthermore, family relationships and values are deteriorating, with the marginalized (children and the elderly) suffering the most. As a result, elderly people have to go to the old home.
