Three officials are deprived of time scale in spite of fulfilling required criteria.
However, the SUST Audit Section said they have all the required criteria to get time scale at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST).
They are Additional Registrars Zubayer Ahmed Chowdhury and Fazlur Rahman and Superintendent Engineer Jaynal Islam Chowdhury. They are fourth grade consumer officers.
According to the officials they reached at the top of their salary scale (4th scale) on January 9, 2014, and after one year (according to Pay Scale-2009 Act 7) they applied for time scale on January 15, 2015.
