Three motorcyclists were killed as a bus rammed their vehicle on Bonpara- Hatikumrul road in Kachikata area of Gurudashpur upazila on Friday noon.
The deceased were identified as Rakib
Pramanik, 17, an SSC examinee and son of Yakub Pramanik, Abdul Hakim, 14, a class-VIII student of Jogendranagar High School and son of Abdul Malek, residents of Jogendranagar village and Bayezid, 17, a workshop worker and son of Saidul, resident of Masinda village in the upazila. JM Shamsur Nur, officer-in-charge of Bonpara Highway Police Station, said the accident took place around 12:45pm when the bus hit the motorcycle, leaving the trio dead on the spot.
