A team of the police bureau of investigation has arrested Khalilur Rahman, 50, his son Rabiul Islam, 24 of Kamarpole village and Al-Amin Hossain, 20, of Satbaria village under Keshabpur upazila in Jashore in connection with the killing of Tariqul Islam, 15, son of Nazrul Islam of Satbaria village under the upazila.
The murder was committed at Satbaria on the night of 4th October in 2018. The PBI was given charge of investigation on 12th February in 2019. After long investigation the PBI unearthed the motives of the killing.
After unearthing the motives of killing of Tariqul Islam,15, son of Nazrul Islam of Satbaria under Keshabpur upazila, a team of the police bureau of investigation arrested Shariful Islam,22, elder brother of the victim in connection with the killing.
AKH Jahangir Hossain, additional superintendent of police, PBI confirming the information told that after investigation the PBI made the arrest and took the killer to the court of a magistrate on Thursday.
Inspector Abdul Mannan of PBI told Newsmen that Shariful Islam, his in-law Khalilur Rahman and Al Amin Hossain were arrested from their residences while Rabiul was arrested from Jashore town. Shariful was arrested on May 23 while three others on May 24.
