3 missing girls yet not found 4 suspects held

The three college girls who went missing from city’s Pallabi area couple of days ago are still untraced. They went missing on September 30.
Meanwhile, a case has been filed with the Pallabi Police Station over the disappearance of the three friends with money, gold ornaments and education certificates from their homes.
The case was filed against four persons at 9 pm on Saturday night. The plaintiff in the case is missing student Kazi Dilkhush Jannat Nisar’s elder sister Advocate Kazi Raushan Dil Afroz.
The accused in the case are Md. Tariqullah, Rakibullah, Zinnia alias Tiktak Zinnia and Sharfuddin Ahmed Ayon.
The missing girls have been identified as Kazi Dilkhush Jannat Nisa, Kaniz Fatema and Sneha Akhter. They are HSC second year students. Among them, Dilkhush Jannat is studying at Mirpur Girls Ideal Laboratory Institute, Sneha at Pallabi Degree College and Kaniz Fatema at Duari Para College of the capital. They are each other’s friends.
Inspector of Pallabi Police Station (investigation) Abu Sayeed Al Mamun told the New Nation that a case was lodged with Pallabi Thana on Saturday night. And four suspects have been arrested.
Among the four, Md. Tariqullah has been put on remand for two days only.
Accused Rakibullah, who was arrested during interrogation, said the three friends planned to go abroad. The police do not have more information right now, Inspector Al Mamun added.
Meanwhile, the families of the missing students are alleging that members of a human trafficking ring lured the three students abroad and made them disappear.
