A Kishoreganj court here on Wednesday given three men to death and seven others to life term imprisonment in sensational murder case of Ershadul Islam Chayan, a family feud at Sidla area in Hossainpur upazila in 2005.
After examination the recode and witnesses, the Additional District and Session Judge (Court No. 1) Md. Abdur Rahim passed the order on Wednesday.
The death convicted are Abdul Awal, Al-Amin and Sohel of Sidla village in Hossainpur upazila of Kishoreganj.
The court also fined their Tk. 5 lakh.
