Three people, including a woman, were killed and three others injured in a head-on collision between a truck and a human hauler at Mujahat in Tarakanda upazila on Friday morning.
Two of the deceased were identified as Madina, 35, and Alauddin, 42.
The speedy truck collided with the human hauler in the area around 8 am, leaving three passengers
of the three-wheeler dead on the spot and three others injured, said officer-in-charge of Tarakanda Police Station Mazharul Hoque. The injured were taken to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital, he added.
