Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested three alleged members of banned Islamic outfit Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) from Bandar area here on Tuesday night.
The identities of the arrestees could not be known immediately.
Tipped off, a team of RAB-11 conducted a drive in the area and arrested
three members including a woman of the banned militant outfit, said Alep Uddin, senior Assistant Superintendent of Police.
Details of the arrestees will be informed at a press briefing of the elite force scheduled to be held around 11 am.
