Three houses were burnt to ashes in Khondkarpara village of Chakaria municipality of Cox’s Bazar on Friday.
During this time, many other houses in the adjoining areas were badly damaged due to fire. This incident happened at 4:30 pm.
Locals said that fire service came on the spot after 15 minutes of fire . But two houses were burnt in the meantime . At that time, one more part of the house and three other buildings could be protected from the fire.
Consumers said at least 10 lakhs of losses were lost in this.
Among the burnt houses are Khondkarpara Matamuhhari river, a resident of Babu Fakir, son of late Nurul Kabir and his brother, ill Firoz Ahmad, and a half-cm house of late Akbar Ahmed, son of late Abdus Shobhan Miyaji.
